\u00d3bidos needs few excuses to be visited. With its impressive walls, cobbled streets and atmosphere, it seems to have resisted the passage of time, preserving one of the most charming destinations in Portugal. For almost two weeks in July, the streets of \u00d3bidos are filled with the sounds, smells and sights of the time \u2013 knights in armour, merchants in tunics, falconers and musicians, all adding energy and excitement to the proceedings.
